Copper Cat Studio is excited to have our very own yoga studio in-house at our new location! This is not your typical yoga studio. The instructors who teach at Copper Cat Studio offer their unique specialty and you can contact them directly to set up a private lesson or attend one of their weekly classes. ***Yoga Classes currently cancelled due to COVID safety measures***

Katie Packham, RYT 200, Reiki Master

Katie offers a gentle approach to yoga. Classes generally consist of a combination of meditation, breath work, stretching, gentle flow and yin yoga. These beginner level classes are the one to take if you have attended a vinyasa yoga class and were intimidated or couldn't keep up. We believe that yoga can be available for everyone! Private classes are offered for $50/hour and can accommodate 1 to 4 students for this flat fee. Get a group of friends together and we can create a class that is right for you! Weekly offerings for "drop in" classes ($12):

Tuesdays 6-7pm- Gentle Flow focusing on strength building.

      *First Tuesday of the month we offer Yin with Reiki Healing

Wednesdays 10-11am- Gentle Flow focusing on flexibility with Yin yoga.

Fridays 4:30-5:30- Gentle Flow with Yin. *Class full- please contact to be on cancellation list.

~Please note that classes begin promptly at time listed and front door is locked. Please allow enough time to get to the studio to settle in and not get locked out. Class size limited to 5 students, please call to reserve your spot.
