Glass Fusion Hummingbird Yard Art

Hummingbirds. These tiny creatures dip and dive into the hearts of flowers. Create everlasting hummingbirds for your yard. This workshop taught by in-house artist, Donna Smit, who will show you how to create these small (4") glass fusion hummingbirds that can be either yard art or a suncatcher. Each student will create two whimsical pieces and all come with yard stakes or chimes. These beauties can be placed in indoor or outdoor planters. Donna will teach you several different techniques that include copper inclusions that beads can be added later after kiln firing. All materials, tools, and garden stakes are also included. Previous glass cutting experience is preferred.
