Glass Fusion Yard Art

Birds and Bugs! Taught by in house artist, Donna Smit, she will guide students in creating three small (4") glass fusion birds and bugs. Donna will have examples of various birds such as hummingbirds, quails, and a triangle bird. examples of bugs include ladybugs, bees, beetles and any fun kind of bug the student wishes to create. Each student will create three whimsical pieces and all come with yard stakes. These beauties can be placed in indoor or outdoor planters. Donna will teach you several different techniques that include copper inclusions that beads can be added later after kiln firing. All materials, tools, and garden stakes are also included. Previous glass cutting experience is helpful but not necessary.
