Intro to Beaded Bracelets

Guest Instructor Mandi Wirtanen brings this Basics class to Copper Cat Studio. Join us in the morning for All About Earrings workshop and make a full day of it!

Have you ever strung a bracelet or purchased a beaded bracelet, and it broke? Your instructor Mandi, who is a previous bead shop owner, is going to show you all her tips and tricks so your hard work pays off! You will learn how to design and create a professionally finished bracelet or necklace with a clasp using the proper tools, cord, findings, and design techniques. In addition, you will learn how to make quick, simple, and secure stretchy bracelets. Once you have beading down, this is the most therapeutic activity to relieve stress! 

*All supplies are included in this class to make 3 bracelets or 1 necklace. Bead selection will consist of gemstones, glass, Swarovski Crystal, wood, and metal spacers. 

Please feel free to bring special beads from home to incorporate into

your designs. Ages 12+
