Needle Felted Hedgehog

Springtime is the perfect time to start thinking about being outside more and what better way to celebrate that than to make a cozy woodland creature? These felt hedgehogs will be cute and cuddly. Plus, you won't need to worry about getting poked from the quills! They are made with yarn. In this class students will learn needle felting basics such as adding colored fibers to core wool and how to create the body, legs, and nose from felted bits of wool. We'll then add in bits of yarn to make that classic backside. This is a beginner friendly class. All materials are included. Let us know if you will be bringing block and needles.  (tool set is provided as a loaner but will be available for purchase for $10 if you'd like to continue on with needle felting!)
