Pine Needle Baskets

Join Susan Lester for a pine needle weaving project suitable for beginners or those who have woven with pine needles before.  We live near an endless supply of weaving material. Take a walk anywhere near Tahoe and come home with your next projects materials. We will discuss preparation of the needles and weave a small tray. This project uses a ceramic base and waxed linen thread. (There will be a variety of ceramic centers to choose from, the one shown is just an example.)

Please bring a pair of small sharp scissors.  All other supplies will be provided.  Ages 15+

At this time, masks are required, regardless of vaccine status.
