Guest artist/instructor Mandi Wirtanen of Mandalynn Jewelry Designs joins us for this great intro into the world of Silversmithing. 

Discover your creativity as you delve into crafting soldered, textured rings using top-notch materials like sterling silver or 14k gold-filled. Once you start, you'll find it hard to put the tools down! This immersive introductory session allows you to learn fundamental soldering techniques using a torch, master precise ring measurements, and use a chasing hammer and letters, numbers and other stamping tools to create stunning textures or personalize your own initials onto your pieces.. The best part? You'll leave the workshop with 2-3 splendid rings, perfect for stacking or gifting! All necessary tools are provided, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. Whether you're a seasoned metalworker or a total novice, this workshop caters to all skill levels. No prior metalworking experience is necessary! Limited to 8 students.
