About The Workshop
Learn the basics of box making with Pietro Accardi.
The finished box will be covered with marbled paper and the cubic shape will house two drawers. While guiding students in building the two drawers, Pietro will discuss the theories behind how boxes are created and put in production, even on a larger scale. We’ll learn how to properly cut and glue paper. The most difficult part of the class will be choosing one paper from the many different patterns that Pietro will bring!
The class is open to anyone who values the gift of working with their hands. Many scientific studies reveal how the hands and the brain are connected. Using our hands helps maintain the mind in good health.
This class is appropriate for ages 14+
