About The Workshop
This class was originally supposed to be part of ARTOWN, but we had to move it to August.
Cindy and Margie of Xanadu Water Marbling will guide students in this mezmerizing process of applying acrylic paint to a special water bath, floating the colors in a custom-built water marbling tray, then use marbling combs, rakes, or stylus to create the design of their liking. Each student will go home with a six foot, 100% Silk Scarf. They are great as a table runner, scarf, window hanging, beach wrap and any other use you desire.
Xanadu will take 3 students per hour segment starting at 10am. This will allow each student plenty of time to make a scarf and if time permits an additional one at the cost of $30 each payable directly to the instructors. TICKETS ARE SOLD PER TIME SLOT. Make sure you register for the right one!
Our workshops are appropriate for ages 14+
